Conflict of interest management policy
In accordance with regulation, Crédit Mutuel Impact has implemented a conflict of interest management policy in order to prevent, identify and manage such conflicts and to avoid harming the interests of unitholders. The asset management company makes the conflict of interest management policy readily available for any unitholder requesting it.
Client complaints management policy
In accordance with regulation, Crédit Mutuel Impact has implemented a client complaints management policy, in order to handle complaints according to regulatory provisions. Any unitholder can submit a complaint to Crédit Mutuel Impact , by mailing Crédit Mutuel Impact, 128 boulevard Raspail, 75006 PARIS, or by calling 01.56.75.29.50 or by e-mailing the following address: capitalprive@creditmutuel.fr.
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent by mail to the unitholder within 10 working days of receiving the complaint, at the latest. A reply will be given within two months of receiving the complaint, at the latest, unless duly justified specific circumstances should occur. Should the received reply not give full satisfaction, the unitholder shall have the opportunity to call upon
